Buy or pick up my Product at the Amsterdam Fairphone Office

It is still on our wishlist, but it is not possible to drop by to buy a product at our offices. There are several reasons for this:

  • Our headquarters does not include a store, which means we do not have the infrastructure to handle payments or stock.
  • Our stock is handled by our logistics partner in another city.
  • Repairs, cool-offs and DOA's: all returned devices are handled by different partners depending on the country of origin and reason for the return.
