Can I add or change anything to my order after I have paid?
After you have paid for the order, it is no longer possible to add additional items or change an item.
You can always place a new order, but then you pay shipping costs for the new order as well.
Otherwise, you can cancel your order:
- If it is not paid for yet, you can do it yourself.
- If it is paid or payment is on its way, contact Customer Support. We can then cancel and refund your order, or start a return procedure.
