Can I Receive an Invoice Before I pay my Order?
Our webshop is dedicated to consumers, so:
- It is not possible to receive an invoice in advance of payment.
- Due to legal reasons, it is also not possible to change any invoice with changed name and/or address after the order is paid. In case you forgot to apply the VAT number, it is also not possible to change the invoice.
We send:
- An order confirmation e-mail the moment you placed your order
- Once your payment is successful: we send a payment confirmation e-mail, which includes the invoice. This invoice is not yet visible in My Account (we are working on making this possible). If you used a Guest account during checkout, you can not consult your orders.
If you did not receive this e-mail, check your spam folder and your firewall settings. If that doesn't work out, you can contact our Customer Support to help you further.
Business solutions
If you are a business:
- If you intend to purchase 30 or more devices, click the relevant option on our B2B page.
- Consult one of our resellers to see if they have an option that suits your needs.
- If you forgot to apply the VAT and you find out within 14 days after delivery, you can contact our Customer Support.
