Can I Receive an Invoice Before I pay my Order?

Our webshop is dedicated to consumers, so:

  • It is not possible to receive an invoice in advance of payment.
  • Due to legal reasons, it is also not possible to change any invoice with changed name and/or address after the order is paid. In case you forgot to apply the VAT number, it is also not possible to change the invoice.

 

We send:

  1. An order confirmation e-mail the moment you placed your order
  2. Once your payment is successful: we send a payment confirmation e-mail, which includes the invoice. This invoice is not yet visible in My Account (we are working on making this possible). If you used a Guest account during checkout, you can not consult your orders.
    If you did not receive this e-mail, check your spam folder and your firewall settings. If that doesn't work out, you can contact our Customer Support to help you further.
