Can I receive an invoice before I pay my order?

 

Our webshop is dedicated to consumers. It is not possible to receive an invoice in advance of payment. Due to legal reasons, it is also not possible to receive an invoice with changed name and/or address after the order is paid.

We send:

  1. An order confirmation e-mail
  2. Once your payment is successful: a payment confirmation e-mail, which includes the invoice. This invoice is not visible in My Account (we are working on making this possible).
