Shipping and/or Billing Addresses

To avoid issues with your order, please note the following. 

  • It is not possible to use a shipping address in the EU and a billing address outside of the EU or vice versa. Both addresses have to be both outside or both inside of the EU and in countries we ship to.
  • It is not possible to use a country for billing address that is not listed in our shipment country list.
  • It is not possible to change to or from a UPS Access Point as the delivery address after you placed your order.
  • It is not possible to use a billing address located in another country when you use a UPS Access point. To use a UPS Access Point, both billing and shipping addresses should be in the same country.
  • Delivery attempts will happen during office hours. Use your work address as a shipping address when you are not home during those hours or ask friends or family to receive your order for you.
  • Be aware that best practices and the policy used by shipping agents can be different per country.

Confirmed orders

For existing orders, it is NOT possible to change anything by yourself. Especially when the order status is Processing.

The exceptions where our Customer Support team can help you out:

  • An existing order awaits a bank transfer payment and has the order status Awaiting payment.
  • A pre-order (often only at launch, when stock still has to arrive).
  • Due to tax and customs regulations, you can not change the country of the shipping address for an existing order. For France, you can not change the "département".

To find out the possibilities in your situation, contact our Customer Support. If possible, we cancel and refund your order, so you can place a new order with the correct shipping country. Otherwise, we start a cool-off procedure.


New orders

You can only change a shipping and billing address for future orders yourself. Find the instructions below.

There are three options to change your address:

  • Change shipping address via My Account.
  • Separate billing and shipping addresses via My Account.
  • Separate shipping and billing addresses via guest Checkout.

Change shipping address via My Account

To change your shipping address in the system for future orders:

  1. Log in to the webshop.
  2. Go to My AccountAddress Book.

  4. Change the registered address into your new address.
  5. Click the blue button Save Address.
  6. The shipping address is now changed and available for all new orders you will place from now on. The shipping address for existing orders other than the ones with status Waiting for payment cannot be changed.


Separate billing and shipping addresses via My Account

You can have different billing and shipping addresses in the system. There are two options to do this.

Please note: it is not possible to have different countries for billing and shipping for the UK, Sweden, Switzerland and Norway.

Option 1

If you do not have the address registered in your account and want to keep the current address available:

  1. Log in to the webshop.
  2. Go to My Account Address Book.

  6. Click the Save Address button.

Option 2

If you want to have the new address as the only address in the system:

  1. Log in to the webshop.
  2. Go to My accountAddress Book.
  3. At the correct address, click the relevant blue text:

  4. Fill in the correct information.
  5. Click the button Save Address.
  6. This address is now used for all the orders you place after making this adjustment.


Separate shipping and billing addresses via guest Checkout

  1. In our online shop, add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
  2. In the Checkout, add your shipping address and select a payment option.
  3. In the review & pay page, you will see an option to add a Billing address. Billing_check.png
  4. Uncheck the box to deny that the billing and shipping address are the same. You will see the fields to add the billing address. Billing_Open.png
