If you already participated in our old Referral program as a Fairphone advocate, you can use your Advocate discount code if it hasn't expired (6 months after issuing) until 25 August 2023.

At the moment, it is temporarily not possible to apply discount codes in our online shop due to a software migration. 

Since July 6, it is not possible to refer any friends or family anymore via your previously generated referral link.  

Please note

• The Referral Advocate discount is valid until 25 August 2023.
• A successful referral will only be counted after 14 days of your friends' completed (paid) purchase where the Friends' discount is successfully applied and deducted from the subtotal.
• To become an advocate or be able to redeem the discount, you must be over the age of 18.
• Every advocate can give out an unlimited amount of referral discounts and will receive a discount in return for every successful referral. However, only one discount can be applied per order.
• The discount can not be redeemed in exchange for cash.
• It is not possible to participate as a friend/referral more than once. The friend can then become an advocate though, and refer Fairphone to your friends who are not yet familiar with Fairphone!
• If you click the referral link from one device, but place the order with a discount via another device, it can be marked as fraudulent behavior, so please try to avoid this. We recommend using one device for clicking the link and placing the order. This way the referral connection is usually without issue.
• At any moment in time, Fairphone B.V. can change the reward amounts: please check the Terms &Conditions that apply at the time of referral and at the time a successful referral order is made.
• In case you encounter issues, please have the contact details of both friend and advocate ready, together with the order number of the friend, and contact our Customer Support.
