You have a discount code, so you want to use it!

Here is how you do it in our online shop and what to check if you encounter issues.

Apply discount code

To apply your discount code:

1. In our online shop, select the items you want to purchase.
2. On top right of the page, you will see the shopping cart icon with the number of items you selected. 
3. Click the shopping cart icon to open your Cart. 
4. At the right side of the order overview, you see the field Gift Card/Discount code.
5. Enter your Discount code.
6. Select the button Enter below it.
7. Verify that the amount was applied to your order.
8. If so, proceed and push the yellow button below Continue checkout. If not, contact our Customer Support.
   
   

Discount code applied

If the discount code is applied with success and shows in the Cart, click on the button Continue checkout to accept this overview and proceed with your shipping and payment options.

Discount code not applied

If the discount code was not applied, do NOT proceed to Checkout as the discount code can not be refunded to existing orders.

1. Try to apply the code again.
2. Make sure you have the correct code and all requirements for the promotion are met.
3. Refresh your tab or browser.
4. Use another browser to place the order and apply the discount code.
5. If that doesn't help, please contact Customer Support.

Discount code error

If the discount code is giving an error:

1. Make sure you have the correct code and all requirements for the promotion are met.
2. Refresh your tab or browser.
3. Use another browser to place the order and apply the discount code.
4. If that doesn't help, please make a screenshot of the error and contact Customer Support.

Terms and Conditions of Discount Codes

• Discount codes can only be used on one order. If it is used in a failed order, please contact us.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
• Discount codes are valid for future purchases only.
• Discount codes can only be redeemed in the Fairphone online shop.
• Fairphone reserves the right to make any changes or withdraw the offer at any time.
• Sharing discount codes on any public channels, including but not limited to, social media, forums or websites (personal or commercial) is prohibited.
