Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a promotion offer if my order was placed before or after a promotion?

We are sorry that you missed out! Promotions are not available retroactively, so we can not refund or provide a discount on orders placed outside of the promotion period.

Can I combine multiple promotions and promotions with gift cards?

Yes you can! Gift cards are a payment method, and promotions are a discount offer. You can add a gift card code as a payment method in an order, and the promotion will still apply.

I bought my product from a reseller - can I still claim your promotion?
