When you purchased a Fairphone Gift Card, it is in certain cases possible to:

• Change the e-mail address of the recipient.
• Change the amount.
• Cancel the purchase.

It is not possible to change the country of the recipient due to differences in currency, copyright levy and other logistic restrictions. In that case, a cancellation of the order is the only option.

Change the email address of the recipient

If you used an incorrect email address for the recipient of the Fairphone Gift Card, contact Customer Support. When the gift code has been used, it is not possible to cancel and resend the Gift Card.

Change the amount

If you have not paid for the Gift Card yet:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Cancel the order via My account → My orders.
3. Place a new order for a Fairphone Gift Card with the right amount.

Once you have paid for the order, it is not possible to change the number of items or value of the Gift Card. Then, you have two options left:

1. Cancel the order if it has not yet been redeemed.
2. Buy an extra Gift Card.

Cancel a Fairphone Gift Card

Customer Support can cancel and refund your Fairphone Gift Card, if:

• You notify us within fourteen days after the issue of the Fairphone Gift Card.
• The Gift Card has not been used yet.

When fourteen days have passed or the Gift Card code was used, it is not possible to cancel the Fairphone Gift Card anymore.
