If your Fairbuds charging case is damaged, you do not need to replace the entire case. You can easily replace the outer shell or charging core using spare parts to keep your earbuds protected and working smoothly.

• Replacement outer shell or charging core from our online shop
• A flat, stable workspace

Before starting any repair, make sure your Fairbuds charging case is not charging or connected to a cable. Work on a flat, stable surface, and remember to recycle old batteries at a local recycling point.

How to replace the outer shell

1. Remove the core screw and the outer shell cover.
2. Take out the charging core and place it inside the new outer shell.
3. Secure the cover back in place and tighten the core screw.

How to replace the charging core

1. Follow the steps above to remove the outer shell cover and take out the charging core.
2. Remove the working battery from the original core and insert it into the new charging core.
3. Place the new charging core inside the outer shell and reassemble the case by securing the cover and screw.
