How to replace and pair a single Fairbuds earbud
If you lose an earbud, you do not need to buy an entirely new pair. You can easily order a single replacement earbud and pair it with your existing set to enjoy complete audio again.
What you need before you begin
- An existing Fairbuds earbud and charging case
- A replacement left or right earbud from our online shop
How to pair your replacement earbud
- Place both the new earbud and your existing earbud inside the charging case.
- Connect the charging case to a power source and allow both earbuds to charge completely.
- Perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LED blinks white.
- Close the charging case lid and wait five seconds.
- Open the charging case lid and reconnect your Fairbuds using your device's Bluetooth menu.
If your device does not connect automatically after the reset, open your device's Bluetooth settings, tap Forget next to your Fairbuds, and pair them again as a new device.
