The Fairbuds app offers users more control over their headphones by changing the equalizer presets, tuning the headphones to their personal preferences. Next to that, the app offers users quick access to support in the form of a quick start guide, tutorials, support articles and customer service.
The app also allows users to update their headphones over time, to ensure longevity of the device, as well as introduce new features, and an occasional bug-fix. Lastly, the app can be used to “dissect” your headphones, and learn more about all the parts that make up your headphones, and order replacement parts if the headphones are in need of repairs.
