Software support, repairs, and sales of spare parts for the Fairphone 3 and Fairphone 3 (+) ended in August 2026. We will continue to offer basic troubleshooting support through our help centre and customer support. We also support spare parts that are still under warranty.

To find a discontinued module, look in the marketplace on our community-driven forum to ask the community for a secondhand module or for a complete Fairphone 3 to harvest for spare parts.

We strongly discourage the use of any non-Fairphone batteries in your Fairphone 3 from a safety perspective.
If you need to discard your Fairphone 3 Battery: do so as soon as possible via your local small chemical waste program. Do not leave them lingering somewhere in your house or office, especially when the battery is swelling. Do not send them to us, as this is not safe in the post.
