If your Fairbuds need a repair, we are here to help you get them working again. Depending on whether your issue is covered under warranty, your repair will either be free of charge or quoted based on spare parts and labor.

If your device requires a diagnostic assessment without replacing spare parts, or if No Fault is Found (NFF), a fixed inspection and labor fee applies:

- Service center location: Our official service center is located in the European Union, and all quotes are calculated in Euros (€).
- Warranty on repairs: Repairs completed by our Service Center include a three-month repair warranty covering the specific issue fixed. Replacing an individual spare part does not extend the original warranty period of the whole device.
- Multiple spare parts: Price estimates refer only to single spare parts and are subject to change. Quotes combining multiple spare parts may vary based on total material and labor requirements.
- Prices are not legally binding: This price list is not legally binding and is subject to change at any time. This price list refers only to single modules. For repairs of more than one module or only one component of a module, the price can vary due to material and labor costs.
