How to pair and connect your Fairbuds via Bluetooth
Connecting your Fairbuds to your phone, tablet, or computer takes only a few seconds. Here is how to pair your earbuds for the first time, switch between devices using dual-point connectivity, or clear your pairing record if you run into connection issues.
How to pair your Fairbuds for the first time
- Place both earbuds inside the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Press and hold the function button on the bottom of the charging case for three seconds until the LED light blinks blue.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on your device and select Fairbuds from the list of available devices.
Tip: If you use an Android device, a Google Fast Pair pop-up window will appear on your screen automatically when you open the charging case lid. Tap Connect to pair instantly.
How to connect to two devices at the same time
Your Fairbuds support dual-point connectivity, allowing you to stay connected to two devices simultaneously.
- Pair your Fairbuds with your first device following the steps above.
- Place both earbuds back inside the charging case with the lid open.
- Press and hold the case function button for three seconds until the LED light blinks blue to enter pairing mode again.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your second device and select Fairbuds.
- Reconnect to your Fairbuds from your first device Bluetooth menu.
How to reset your Fairbuds Bluetooth connection
If your earbuds fail to connect or experience audio dropping, clearing your Bluetooth pairing record will restore default connection settings.
- Open the Bluetooth menu on your connected device and tap Forget or Unpair next to Fairbuds.
- Place both earbuds inside the charging case with the lid open.
- Press and hold the function button on the charging case for 10 seconds.
- The LED light will flash red three times to confirm the reset is complete.
