How to locate the Serial Number on your Fairbuds

Your Fairbuds Serial Number is printed on the hardware itself and listed on the packaging box.

1. Open the charging case lid and remove the earbuds.
2. Remove the outer shell or check inside the battery compartment to locate the printed Serial Number label.
3. Alternatively, check the white barcode label on the bottom of your original Fairbuds packaging box.

Understanding Serial Number prefixes
