How to locate the Serial Number on your Fairbuds XL

Your Serial Number is printed on the hardware inside the ear cup and listed on the packaging box.

1. Gently twist and detach the left ear cushion from the ear cup frame of your Fairbuds XL.
2. Check the label located inside the inner speaker housing to find the printed Serial Number.
3. Alternatively, check the white barcode label on the bottom of your original packaging box.

Understanding Serial Number prefixes

Your Serial Number prefix identifies the specific hardware generation batch of your product:

• E4 prefix: Refers to hardware batch four.
• E5 prefix: Refers to hardware batch five.

Always include the full Serial Number string—including the E4 or E5 prefix—when submitting a support request or warranty claim.

How to replace modular spare parts

Your Fairbuds XL are built with modular spare parts available on our online shop so you can maintain them easily over time:

• Ear cushions: Twist counter-clockwise to remove; align the tabs and twist clockwise to lock the new cushion in place.
• Headband pad: Unclip the headband pad from the headband structure and snap the new replacement pad into position.
• Battery: Detach the left ear cup cover to access and replace the battery spare part.
