How to resolve Google Play Store redirects

If flipping the switch redirects you to the Google Play Store instead of launching Fairphone Moments:

1. Open Settings > System Updates and ensure your device software is completely up to date.
2. Open the Google Play Store, confirm you are signed in to your Google account, and check for pending updates for Google Play Services and Fairphone Moments.
3. Install all available updates, restart your phone, and flip the switch again.

How to reset Fairphone Moments storage

If the physical switch is assigned correctly but Fairphone Moments still fails to open, clear the app storage to reset your preferences.

1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Tap See all apps and select Fairphone Moments.
3. Tap Storage & cache, then tap Clear storage.
4. Tap Delete in the confirmation prompt.
