I can’t log into the MyFairphone app

If you are having trouble signing into the MyFairphone app, you can reset your password or create a new account to restore access. Basic features like support articles and diagnostic tests remain available even if you are not signed in.

How to regain access to your account

  1. Go to the password reset request page to create a new password if you forgot your credentials.
  2. Create a new account if you no longer have access to the email address registered with your original account.

Signing in is optional for core functionality. However, you can access support articles, raise support tickets, and run troubleshooting diagnostics without logging in.
