How to stop notifications in the MyFairphone app

You can customize or turn off notifications from the MyFairphone app, including semi-annual Longevity survey invites and Extended Warranty reminders.

How to manage notification preferences

  1. Open the MyFairphone app.
  2. Tap the Settings cog in the top-right corner.
  3. Turn off unwanted notifications using the preference toggles:
    • Set Give feedback to Off to stop Longevity survey invitations (sent every six months).
    • Set Extended warranty reminder to Off to stop registration reminders for your Extended Warranty.
    • Set Fairphone News to Off to stop receiving Fairphone news updates.
    • Set Your impact to Off to stop receiving updates about the longevity of your phone and how you’re helping us combat e-waste.
