How to tell if you have Fairbuds 1 or Fairbuds 2

Identify whether you have the original Fairbuds or Fairbuds 2 by checking the physical design of the earbuds and the location of the LED light on the charging case.

Fairbuds

The original Fairbuds were released in white and black. They feature:

  • A stemless design for the earbuds that fits entirely within your ear.
  • A square charging case
  • A round button on the inside of the charging case
  • An engraved logo on the charging case lid

Fairbuds 2

The Fairbuds 2 were released in Horizon Black and Forest Green. They feature:

  • A stemmed design for the earbuds, extending downward from the main body.
  • A rectangular charging case
  • Three LED lights on the inside of the charging case
  • A printed logo on the top of the charging case lid
