Fairbuds: End of sales
As of October 2026, the original Fairbuds are no longer available for purchase directly on our European online shop.
We will continue to provide support and spare parts for Fairbuds until at least the end of 2030.
How to get help and spare parts
If you already own Fairbuds, your warranty coverage and product support remain unchanged.
- Troubleshooting and support: Access our self-service guides or submit a ticket to our Customer Support team for technical assistance.
- Spare parts: Replaceable components remain available to purchase through our online shop spare parts section until at least the end of 2030.
- Repairs: In-warranty replacements and repairs will continue through our official repair center network until at least the end of 2030.
