How to factory reset Fairbuds 2

Resetting your Fairbuds 2 restores default connection settings to fix audio drops or Bluetooth pairing issues.

A factory reset will erase all saved settings, including paired devices, ANC mode preferences, and Fairbuds app configurations (such as custom audio tuning).

How to reset your Fairbuds 2

  1. Open the Bluetooth menu on your connected device and tap Forget or Unpair next to Fairbuds 2.
  2. Place both earbuds inside the charging case with the lid open.
  3. Press and hold the function button on the charging case for 10 seconds.
  4. The LED lights inside the case will flash quickly five times to confirm the factory reset is complete.
