How to replace your Fairbuds earbud batteries

Replace the coin cell batteries in your Fairbuds earbuds to keep your audio playing smoothly. This quick process requires no special tools and takes just a few minutes.

What you need before you begin

Step-by-step battery replacement

  1. Remove the earbud silicone ring by holding the earbud stem, locating the notch, and lifting to pull the ring directly over the stem.
  2. Locate the battery compartment door underneath, which features a tiny access groove.
  3. Grip the groove with your fingertip and lift open the compartment cover.
  4. Remove the old battery.
  5. Insert your replacement coin cell battery into the door, following the + and - orientation markings.
  6. Snap the battery door firmly shut until it clicks into the earbud housing.
  7. Slide the silicone ring back onto the earbud.
