How to earn Keep Club points
Keep Club is Fairphone's loyalty program designed to reward you for keeping your device longer and participating in our community. You can earn points by purchasing spare parts, referring friends, celebrating your phone's birthday, and taking part in sustainability activities.
Before you begin
- You must create a Fairphone account and then agree to join Keep Club on our website to collect points.
- Earned points remain valid for three years before they expire.
- Read the terms and conditions.
Log in to your Fairphone account before placing an order to make sure you earn your points. We cannot apply points retroactively to past purchases or orders completed using guest checkout.
Activities that earn points
Once you join Keep Club, you can earn points through the following actions:

How to refer a friend
Our referral program rewards both you and your friends when they choose Fairphone.
- Your friend receives a €50/£50 discount towards a Fairphone or Fairbuds XL
- You earn 250 Keep Club points (worth €25/£25) once your friend completes their order.
To share your referral link:
- Go to the Refer a friend section of our website.
- Generate your personal referral link:
- If you are signed in, select Copy link or choose a direct sharing platform.
- If you are not signed in, enter your email address when prompted to create your link, select Copy link or choose a direct sharing platform.
- Send your referral link to your friend.
- Have your friend open the link and enter their email address to generate a unique discount code for our online shop. Your friend must place their order using that exact same email address.
You can share your referral link with as many friends as you like. However, you can only earn points for a maximum of 10 successful referrals.
How to register your Fairphone's birthday
Earn 20 points for every year you keep using your Fairphone. We calculate these points annually based on the date you set up and booted your phone for the first time.
To register your Fairphone's birthday:
- Log in to your Fairphone account.
- Go to your account settings and select the Keep Club tab.
- Enter your phone details to complete the registration.
- Check your email inbox for an automatic confirmation message.
Device compatibility and software requirements for birthday points
Specific device and software conditions apply to phone birthday points:
- Fairphone 1 and Fairphone 2: You cannot register a Fairphone 1 or Fairphone 2. Official software and hardware support ended in July 2017 for Fairphone 1 and March 2023 for Fairphone 2.
- Fairphone 3: Fairphone 3 models will continue to receive birthday points in Keep Club.
- Alternative software: If you install alternative software, our system cannot recognize your phone as active, and birthday points will not register.
