How the Keep Club tier system works

The Keep Club is Fairphone's loyalty and referral program designed to reward members for keeping their devices in use for longer. By collecting points, members advance through tiers and unlock new benefits.

Available tiers

The Keep Club has three tiers:

  • Copper: The starting level for every member.
  • Silver: The intermediate tier unlocked by collecting points. Unlock new challenges, receive free shipping on all purchases, and receive 1.25 points for every €1/£1 you spend on spare parts, protective cases, or screen protectors.
  • Gold: The highest tier. Enjoy a yearly gift from our team, free shipping on all purchases, and receive 1.5 points for every €1/£1 you spend on spare parts, protective cases, or screen protectors.

Every member begins in Copper. As you earn points, you move up through the tiers and access new benefits.

Tier validity and expiration

Once you reach a new tier, you have 12 months to earn more points.

Keep your status active by collecting points during your membership year. If you do not earn any points within those 12 months, your account automatically downgrades to the previous tier.

Receiving your Gold tier gift

At the end of each year, Fairphone contacts active Gold tier members directly to celebrate their milestone and organize gift delivery.

If you hold Gold tier status, you do not need to submit a claim. Fairphone will contact you directly with shipment details.
