How to spend your Keep Club points

You can spend your Keep Club points to receive discounts in the Fairphone online shop or donate them to support responsible mining practices. Every 10 points equals €1 or £1.

Redeem points for a discount at checkout

Points can be redeemed or donated once your balance reaches 100 points (€10 or £10). Available redemption amounts are 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, and 1,500 points.

You can apply your points directly to orders placed in the online shop:

  1. Sign in to your account and open the Fairphone online shop.
  2. Add your items to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
  3. Locate the Choose Reward dropdown menu in your order overview.
  4. Select the reward tier you want to apply (100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, or 1,500 points).
  5. Complete your purchase with the discount deducted from your total.

Donate points to charity

You can also donate your points to our partner, the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM):

  1. Sign in to your account and open the Keep Club page.
  2. Select the donation reward option.
  3. Choose the amount of points you want to donate (100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, or 1,500 points).
  4. Confirm your selection to complete the donation.

Where your donation goes

All point donations go directly to the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM). Every quarter, Fairphone pools all donated points to purchase Fairmined gold credits from ARM.

These gold credits benefit the Íquira agromining cooperative in Colombia. The Íquira cooperative was the first mine in the world to achieve Fairmined Certification. Your donations help the cooperative continue to use and expand socially and environmentally responsible mining standards within their community.
