The privacy request center

The Privacy Request Center is where you can securely submit requests regarding how we handle your data. You can use the portal to submit the following requests:

• Access Request: Get a report detailing how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
• Access Categories Request: Get a high-level report of the categories your data has been allocated into.
• Transfer Request: Collect all of your data and email it to your desired recipient.
• Object to Processing Request: Ask us to stop processing your data for certain purposes, such as direct marketing.
• Update Inaccuracies Request: Correct any inaccurate information that may exist in our systems.

How to delete your Fairphone, Keep Club, or Support accounts

If you need to delete your Keep Club account, Fairphone account, or Zendesk support account, you can submit a single data deletion request.

When you submit a deletion request, your personal information is permanently deleted across all systems and platforms we interact with. This includes your:

• Fairphone account
• Fairphone Zendesk (support) account
• Keep Club account (loyalty program)
• Fairphone newsletter

To submit a deletion request:

1. Visit the Fairphone Privacy Request Center.
2. Locate the Deletion Request section and click Start Deletion Request.
3. Submit your request by following the on-screen instructions. Afterward, you will be required to verify the email address related to the data deletion request.

Special circumstances

• If you want to delete multiple accounts: You must submit a separate Deletion Request through the Privacy Request Center for each email address associated with those accounts.
• If you forgot your email or can no longer access it: Because the Privacy Request Center requires email verification, you will need to contact us manually. Send an email to privacy@fairphone.com using your current, active email address. To verify your identity, you must provide at least two of the following details:
  • Your full name or username
  • An order number or invoice number
  • The serial number of one or more devices you bought from us

• Fairphone Community Forum: The forum is managed separately. To delete or anonymize your forum account (which changes your username and removes your email, but leaves past posts public), please log in and reach out directly to a Forum Moderator.
