How do I apply a discount code?

To apply your discount code:

1. In our online shop, select the items you want to purchase.
2. On top right of the page, you will see the shopping cart icon with the number of items you selected. 
3. Click the shopping cart icon to open your Cart. 
4. At the right side of the order overview, you see the field Gift Card/Discount code.
5. Enter your Discount code.
6. Select the button Enter below it.
7. Verify that the amount was applied to your order.
8. If so, proceed and push the yellow button below Continue checkout. If not, contact our Customer Support.
    

What do I do once a discount code is applied?

If the discount code is applied with success and shows in the Cart, click on the button Continue checkout to accept this overview and proceed with your shipping and payment options.

What to do if your discount code won't apply or shows an error?

If you are experiencing an error or the code simply isn't applying, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Try again: Re-enter and attempt to apply the code one more time.

2. Check the details: Ensure you have the exact code and that your cart meets all requirements for the promotion.

3. Refresh: Reload your current tab or browser.

4. Switch browsers: Try placing the order and applying the code using a completely different web browser.

What are the terms and conditions of discount codes?

• Discount codes can only be used on one order. If it is used in a failed order, please contact us.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
• Discount codes are valid for future purchases only.
• Discount codes can only be redeemed in the Fairphone online shop.
• Fairphone reserves the right to make any changes or withdraw the offer at any time.
• Sharing discount codes on any public channels, including but not limited to, social media, forums or websites (personal or commercial) is prohibited.
• If your discount code is from a promotion, go to the terms and conditions per promotion.
