How to use a discount code in our online shop
If you have a discount code for our online shop, congratulations! This guide explains how to apply your code to an order and what to do if you run into any issues.
What to check before you begin
To ensure a smooth checkout, please keep these details in mind:
- Each discount code is valid for a single order in our online shop.
- Discount codes apply to future purchases only.
- You cannot exchange discount codes for cash or their monetary value.
How to apply your discount code
Follow these steps to apply your code to your order:
- Go to our online shop and add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
- Select the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner of the page to open your Cart.
- Locate the Use a gift card or promo code field on the right side of the order overview.
- Enter your discount code in the field.
- Select the Apply code option below the field.
- Verify that the discount has been applied to your order total.
- If the discount applied correctly, select the green Go to checkout button to enter your shipping and payment details. If the discount is not correct, do not proceed.
What to do if your code does not apply
Do not proceed to checkout if your discount code is not working. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively or refund the discount amount after you place your order.
If you see an error or the code does not apply, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check the code details: Ensure you entered the code exactly as written, with no extra spaces, and check that your cart meets all the promotional requirements.
- Try again: Type the code in once more and select Enter.
- Refresh the page: Reload your current browser tab.
- Switch your web browser: Open a different web browser and try to place the order again.
If the code still does not work, please take a screenshot of the error message or your cart. Then, contact Customer Support for help.

The following rules apply to all discount codes used in our online shop:
- Discount codes are valid for a single order only. If your order fails after you apply the code, please contact Customer Support.
