How to use a Fairphone gift card

If you received a Fairphone gift card, you can redeem it at checkout when ordering from our online shop. Here is how to apply your code to your next order.

What to know before using your card

• Your gift card is valid for 36 months (three years) from the date of issue.
• You can use up to 10 gift cards in a single order if the order total is greater than the balance of the first gift card.

How to redeem your gift card at checkout

1. Visit our online shop and add your chosen items to your cart.
2. Open your Cart.
3. Locate the Gift Card/Discount code field on the right side of the order summary.
4. Enter your unique gift card code.
5. Select Enter.
6. Confirm that the amount was deducted from your total balance.
7. Select Continue checkout.
8. Fill in your delivery details in Checkout and select Save.
9. Select your preferred shipping option and select Continue to review and pay.
10. Pay any remaining balance to complete your order.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice email showing the gift card code used and the amount applied.
