How to check your Fairphone gift card balance
You can easily check the remaining balance on your Fairphone gift card directly in our online shop. While we do not have a dedicated balance checker (yet), you can follow this quick workaround to see how much credit you have left.
How to check your remaining balance
- Visit our online shop and add a high-value item (such as a Fairphone) to your cart.
- Open your Cart.
- Locate the Gift Card/Discount code field on the right side of the order summary.
- Enter your unique code and select Apply code.
- Check the deducted amount in your order summary: this amount is your current remaining balance.
What to do next
- If you want to buy items now: Verify the discount is applied, select Go to checkout on the right, and complete your order.
- If you want to save your balance for later: Select Remove next to the gift card code in your order summary. You can then safely empty your cart or leave the shop.
Removing the gift card code from your cart will not affect your balance. Your remaining credit stays safely stored on your code for future use.
