Right cushion: You will need to twist the ear cushion away from you.
Left cushion: You will need to twist the ear cushion towards you.

  4. As you twist, you should hear a click when the ear cushion release.

Speaker replacement

-IMPORTANT-
The Fairbuds XL serial number is located inside the original left speaker.

Replacement Fairbuds XL left speaker spare parts do not have a serial number.

You will need to provide us the device's serial number for a warranty claim.

If you replace your left speaker, it is very important that you make a note of the device's serial number before replacing it.

You can find the serial number by taking off the left plastic speaker cover and removing the battery.
