Fairphone shipping: costs and policies
Fairphone ships to many countries across Europe, including the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. All webshop orders use UPS Standard and feature carbon-neutral shipping (Fairphone offsets the transport emissions).
Where does Fairphone ship to?
You have two options for shipping your order: Standard Shipping (to address) or UPS Access Point™ (Pickup).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to islands. We encourage you to order to the nearest pickup point to your island, or to deliver to someone you know on the mainland who can bring the parcel to you.
Important Information on Fees and Restrictions
1. No Surprise Fees
For orders shipped to the UK, Norway, and Switzerland, all administrative, import, and customs fees are included in the item's price (Delivery Duty Paid - DDP).
You should not be charged any additional fees when your order is delivered.
2. Local Pricing Differences
Orders shipped to Denmark, Finland, and Sweden may have a slightly higher final value due to local differences in taxation and currency exchange rates.
3. Countries Not Listed
Fairphone does not ship to countries outside of the listed territories.
Due to legal restrictions, you cannot use a billing address or credit card from a country not on the shipping list.
4. UPS Access Point™ Details
This option delivers your order to a local business (UPS partner) for you to pick up. You have 10 calendar days to collect your package and must present a valid ID.
What is a UPS Access Point™? How does it work?
A UPS Access Point™ is a local business that partners with UPS to accept packages on your behalf, giving you a convenient pickup location.

Resellers and Warranty Rules
If you purchase a Fairphone from an authorized reseller (like Amazon USA, Vireo, Murena, or Palcom) or import it yourself, please note:
- Warranties: Fairphone’s standard warranties and sales conditions do not apply to these devices; you must follow the reseller's specific terms and contact them for your after-sales support needs.
- Batteries: Stand-alone lithium-ion batteries are classified as dangerous goods. Due to strict transport regulations, customers cannot re-ship them internationally.
- Extended Warranty: You can not register your Fairphone for the commercial Extended Warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Using your Fairphone: Some countries have additional restrictions for the smartphones used on its territories. You can read more about using a Fairphone outside of Europe here.
How can I change my shipping or billing address on an order?
